This program is designed to help the small business community improve their profitability through energy efficiency and increased operating efficiency. It also provides participants with waste management recommendations and market research information.
The program will provide participants with a free customized analysis of their energy usage as well as demographic and environmental reports specific to their business and areas.
The Efficiency Partnership
Your business can now take advantage of the latest technology in energy-saving devices and we'll share in the purchase costs. The Efficiency Partnership program can provide your company with up to $1,000 in equipment rebates when you install energy efficient retrofits or facility additions.
Technical Assistance Program (TAP)
Designed for larger manufacturers, the TAP Program will provide your business with free process audits, equipment research, and overall technical assistance.
Through the use of process audits, existing levels of energy efficiency can be determined. Recommendations for new and cost efficient technologies can be made, thereby increasing overall productivity.
Freeport Energy Cooperative
The Freeport Energy Cooperative is geared toward Freeport Electric customers who have the ability to reduce their summer peak electric demand by at least 50 KW on short notice in exchange for rate incentives.
Security Lighting Program
Under this program Freeport businesses can lease high-efficiency security lighting for a flat monthly charge which includes lamps, energy consumption, and twenty-four hour, year-round maintenance.
IntelliCon
